3. Client Responsibilities

4. Payments & Pricing
A project may require an upfront deposit before work begins. Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed quotation or invoice. Final files, website transfer, or deployment will be completed after full payment has been received.
5. Revisions Policy
We provide revisions according to the agreed project scope. Any additional features, design changes, or requests outside the original agreement may require additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the completed project is transferred to the client after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Blue Sector LLC reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement.
7. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, and content availability. Blue Sector LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed approvals from the client.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blue Sector LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from the use of our services or website.

Either party may terminate a project by written notice. Payments made for completed work and non-refundable deposits will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed.
